ello! My name is Liz Turnbaugh and I’m the owner of The Board Room restaurant in Libertyville and of My Charcuterie catering.  My Charcuterie offers hundreds of uniquely themed boards, grazing tables, gift baskets and boxes nationwide.  The company gladly welcomes custom orders, and offers classes, catering, and event rentals, such as a champagne wall. 

In 2022, I opened The Board Room by My Charcuterie, a swanky restaurant in Libertyville boasting culinary artistry and urban style.  This new neighborhood favorite draws foodies who enjoy the beautifully designed restaurant, bar and solarium and its menu featuring elevated small plates, tantalizing American fare, and of course – savory and sweet charcuterie boards.
